SHIPPING
You can get an estimate of shipping charges during “checkout” (before you need to provide payment). Orders are shipped from 32 Main Street, South Bound Brook, NJ 08880, to all 50 states in the USA but to Hawaii only, not perishable products.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping of heat-sensitive items to some locations during the summer may be restricted. To get an accurate estimation of the cost and speed of delivery, please use the FedEx website. We use FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Express, and USPS.
Sometimes, we need a few days before your order is shipped. We prepare orders in the order they come to us. So please note that even if your order is for one-day delivery, it still requires time to prepare.
Please note that we ship perishable items only on Mondays to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, and Utah. For example, if you live in California and make an order on Monday afternoon, it will be shipped out to you the following Monday, and you will receive it by the end of that week.
Moreover, we can’t ship orders in coolers to Florida or other “3-day delivery states” on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday because the couriers do not work over the weekend, and your package would stay in storage.
During the summer months, if perishable items have been ordered and shipping transit time is more than five days, the order will be canceled and refunded.
It is more economically prudent to buy more items at once rather than individually over some time. Shipping costs usually take a larger toll than the inherent value of an individual item. By buying many things at once, you spend less on shipping. The shipping cost will increase with each item you buy but at a marginal rate compared to the value of the items you buy.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as the price of Styrofoam Containers, dry Ice, and Ice Packs.
OUT OF STOCK
If a product(s) in your order is unavailable when it is picked and packed, we will either: 1. Omit the product(s), ship the rest of the order, and issue a refund, or 2. Replace the product(s) with a similar one(s).
