Store Returns and Refunds
We ship perishable products. You will have a tracking number to estimate the arrival date. If you are unsure if the recipient will be present on the delivery day, DO NOT SEND any perishable goods.
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing an order.
REFUNDS
- Refunds may, in some cases, be issued in the form of store credit to be used at OldEuropeFoods.com.
- Refunds are issued for eligible orders; however, please note that the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will not be issued for taste-related complaints.
- Reimbursements for some eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method and should appear on your statement shortly after processing.
RETURNS
- Returns are not accepted after 5 days from the date the order is received.
- We do not accept returns on perishable items.
- You cannot return items based on taste preferences or package condition.
- Items that have been opened cannot be returned.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
- Returns may be subject to a 5–20% restocking fee.
HANDLING RETURNS
- Contact Customer Support at [email protected] to obtain a Return Number and the return address.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it in a sturdy box to avoid damage.
- If you do not have the original packaging, mention this when contacting Consumer Support.
- Write the Return Number clearly on the outside of the box. Missing numbers may cause delays or refusal.
- Use a reliable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and request a tracking number.
- We recommend insuring your return shipment.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.). Estimated delivery dates are provided directly by the carrier and are beyond our control.
➡️ Because of this, refunds will not be issued if a package arrives later than the estimated delivery date given by the shipping company.We ship perishable products, and every order comes with a tracking number so you can estimate the delivery date. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the package on the day of arrival. If you are uncertain whether the recipient will be present, we strongly recommend not sending perishable goods to avoid spoilage.
Taste Preference Policy
We strive to offer authentic European products with unique flavors. However, we do not provide refunds or accept returns based on personal taste preferences. If the product is delivered correctly and in good condition, it is considered a valid and completed order.
