Wedel Ptasie Mleczko (literally “bird’s milk”) is one of Poland’s best-known sweets. This version pairs a soft vanilla marshmallow with a layer of cherry jelly, all covered in dark chocolate. The light, airy centre, the fruity jelly and the chocolate coating make a pleasing contrast of textures and flavours.
