The seasoning mixture is perfect for making classic European style cucumbers in brine and low salt cucumbers.
The package is enough for approx. 6 1 liter jars, winter style cucumbers in brine will be ready in approx. 20 days, low salt cucumbers in approx. 3 days, without any additional preservatives or MSG.
For 1l jar – add one table spoon of spices, one table spoon of salt , cucumbers and cover to the top with hot water and close it.
You can add fresh horseradish, garlic, dill if you want to.
