Romanian Kneaded Cheese Branza De Burduf (Cow & Sheep’s Milk) 350g

Bellows cheese is the oldest Romanian cheese. It is the homogeneous result of a mixture of sheep’s curd and cow’s curd to which a maximum of 3% salt is added.

Homemade bellows cheese has a generous shelf life from the date of manufacture, of 90 days in optimal storage conditions.

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized cow’s milk curd, pasteurized sheep’s milk curd, salt max. 3%
