Prymat Sour Rye Soup & Borscht Seasoning is perfect for preparing two traditional soups: sour rye soup and white borscht. It will also perfectly enrich the taste of pickle soup, potato soup or horseradish soup.
The seasoning does not contain any monosodium glutamate, preservatives, dyes.
Recipe
Homemade sour rye soup
4 servings, 60 min
Ingredients:
- 1 small bunch of vegetables,
- 500g of smoked pork loin bones,
- 1.5L of water,
- 0.5L of sourdough starter,
- 100g of bacon,
- 4 white sausages,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 4 dried porcini mushrooms,
- 2 tablespoons of flour,
- 2 eggs,
- 3 tablespoons Prymat Sour Rye Soup & Borscht Seasoning
How to cook:
Soak the mushrooms in a small amount of water. Put greens and smoked bones in a pot and pour 1.5 l of water. Cook covered until the vegetables are soft. Then take out the vegetables. Dice the carrot and put it back into the pot. Add sourdough, diced bacon, sliced sausage, crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms. Season with sour rye soup and white borscht seasoning, and then cook for about 10-20 minutes. At the end of cooking, pour 1/2 cup of the resulting soup, combine with flour, pour back into the soup and bring to a boil. Pour the ready sour soup into plates. Place quarters of hard-boiled eggs on top.
Storage
Store in a dry and shaded place.
