Mititei Fresh Frozen Link Sausages Approx. 2 lbs is a Romanian tradition. The mititei is made with pork, beef and lamb. There are 12 links per package. It is perfect for a summer BBQ or grill. We also carry spices perfect for flavoring the mitiei.

Note: This Product is frozen. When ordered, we ship the frozen raw sausages (wrapped in a special ice packing). If your sausages arrive partially frozen – you may place them in your freezer if you wish to keep them frozen. If they arrive defrosted, but still cold, DO NOT REFREEZE the sausages. Keep them in your refrigerator for up to 4 days, no more, or cook them and freeze the cooked sausages for later use.

Ingredients:Pork, Beef, Lamb, Salt, Spices, Sodium Bicarbate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Acid Phosphate, Garlic Powder, Vegetable oil. BHA and BHT added to Protect Coloring. Skinless.

Directions:

• Preheat gas grill or prepare charcoal fire
• Remove properly the product from clear outer wrapper.
• Arrange individual pieces close together on grill. Cook over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or to desired doneness. Turn frequently to help preserve juiciness.

• Remove properly thawed product from clear outer wrapper.
• Arrange individual pieces close together in skillet. Cook over medium high heat for approximately 10 minutes or to desire doneness. Turn frequently to help preserve juiciness.
